what understood most EU policies tend to

prevent commercial bigtech profiteers keep them in cage - anything linked to forprofit tax+rules

same apply nostr portal/app charging customers

vs

anything like Linus Torvalds is fine =Linux

anything like nostr using tools/relays = ok

anything P2P DEX (no biz or cex enitity control)=ok
