That would have been a good interview question.
But if I were a world leader, and some interviewer who didn't have any power to negotiate wanted me to lay down my terms for peace, I wouldn't do so unless I had already decided to be open about them. I would deflect or say something about history.
The truth is that most of international politics happens behind closed doors, and the public speculates and opines about things we don't really have a good understanding about.
