The balance I want to find for my next location is:

1. Mobile and lean enough to leave whenever with minimal friction.

2. Clean enough slate to welcome enhanced focus and new focus areas.

3. Researched location well enough to reduce the probability of *having* to leave again for a couple decades.

Last one is a long shot in the current environment.
