401ks after understanding Bitcoin feel like a scam, it's paper money with your funds stuck until retirement or face penalty
However, for the normies that have a ton of money in there, this is awesome

This would be incredible, but in hindsight inevitable
We did a Personal Choice Retirement Account (PCRA) option on our 401k last year. It was a massive pain, as I’m in charge of it. I’m the only person using it. Returns of 5-6x what the normal options are at, and that at 80% ish bitcoin.
Employer match - free money - is the only reason to do this.
It all being Roth is pretty sweet, too.
