The only thing that I can personally see that changed somewhat since my childhood (in the 80s, in central europe) is there are fewer winters with snow. It used to be almost a certain that you'd get a month where even in the lower parts of the country you get like 30-50cm deep snow cover and sometimes more. It's rare the last ~15years.

But the spring, summer, autumn feels the same. Lately (the last 3 years) it feels on colder side. I personally would prefer to add +5C or sometimes even +10C 🫠.

So when I see the "world is ending! we are going to burn alive later this year if we don't end capitalism now" people, it's a headscratcher. Is this how nocoiners see bitcoiners? But I digress...

Any *reasonable* measures to cut back on pollution, esp. toxic stuff, forever chemicals and (micro)plastics is a good thing in my book.

Pretty well summed up, yeah.

Did you know that we cannot even measure the human contribution to atmospheric carbon concentrations? If we could, the pandemic lockdowns would have affected the trend. They have not. The trend did not care about lockdowns. It went straight through, unchanged. So then where's the carbon coming from?

That reminds me to check the graphs for a pandemic dip every time someone posts them.
