There's quite a few conferences ()3+. Pizza day, HCPP, and BTC Prague (big). Plus btc cafe paralelni polis, it's basically btc all year round. So perhaps bit of a cliche also.
Fun fact we organized the first BTC conference in Prague over 10 years ago.
