Pushes the content onto other relays you’re on, if it’s not already there. It really should be automatic, rather than a manual thing in clients.
Yeah I kind of figured that's what it did. But I wasn't sure because I felt like it does that automatically already?
It uploads it to your relays. Helps paper over reliability issues and helps deal with the common neighbor requirement.
