Vanguard is Microsoft’s biggest shareholder. Followed by BlackRock who already has bitcoin exposure. It’s no wonder the vote failed. State Street too - asset managers / ETFs… no surprises.

Vanguard strongly opposes bitcoin. State street probably doesn’t want bitcoin competing with their etfs. Not sure about blackrock
