Yes. It consumes bit too much. But I found Iris consumes much more so I changed it to Amethyst am using it now. Hope the same thing is not gonna happen with Snort.

I don't think so. I have almost stop using Twitter, instead of the moment of an earthquake... I have not seen news media through SNS recently, either.

I made some bridged account like BBC news, aljazeera , and so much more, so we get the news outlet here
