Jesus (Yeshua) loved us first without any requirement, and instructs us to love our enemies which contrasts YHWH’s love;

Know therefore that YHWH your God [Elohim] is God [Elohim], the faithful God [Elohim] who keeps covenant and steadfast love with those who love him
