Neither. Why do you know anything about them? Could be shit could be authentic. They sit in old inventory from a closedown pawn shop year’s ago

i'm not an expert but very likely modern-time souvenirs tokens because ancient Chinese empires issued coins based on their 年号(empire year) instead of christian year, at which period christian year has not been introduced into China yet.
