When the price goes crazy, the ETFs will just disable the Buy button like they did with GME.

Why? Their income is directly tied to the assets they manage; the more they manage, the more they earn.
They won’t be able to keep up with the purchases necessary to maintain balance, the price will get away from them and they’ll need to suppress it
