I don’t think this should cost you followers 🫂 I find exactly the same thing sometimes when I’ve spent time trying to help someone or write a constructive comment and it either just gets liked or no feedback at all. It does depend on the exact context, and I know people don’t always have time to write a detailed response, but I think a bit of gratitude with a simple thank you goes a long way if it obvious that someone has made an effort.

I don’t think people realize the effort it takes. Even the things I know today and can share with no research, came at a cost of time and stress to me. I chose to share them for free for betterment of everyone. Small gratitude shouldn’t be a hard thing to do. 🐶🐾🫡
💯 Knowledge takes time and effort to acquire and it takes time to write a comment in a clear and concise way to share that knowledge with another person. I still do find #nostr a lot better than most other places though. Most people do seem pretty appreciative and at least you don’t generally get attacked if you say something that is wrong or others disagree with!
What if the time and effort you put in helps future understanding and innovation at a faster pace so they can pass along the distilled information to others?
It’s all about the feedback loop. If something is not encourages, it’ll die off. 🐶🐾🫡
