Thanks Jeff! Can you recommend a good resource for learning more about the game theoretic lens that you mentioned recently? That is, on the cooperative bitcoin game, as opposed to the fiat prisoner's dilemma? Have you formalized this mathematically, or is it based on intuition?
Intuition now but very clear and going to more formally put into thoughts in future work.
