Oh he is gorgeous. Is that a Blue Jay? I learned the other day that they are related to Crows (part of the Corvid family) and they are really smart.
We don’t have them in my country but I have always wanted to see one 😁

It is a Bluejay! We have a family of them living near by. They are a bit of a bully to smaller birds, and will dump a container of seeds right off the rail. Never considered the crow connection, but certainly makes sense!!
We have similar birds here, called Common Mynas - not indigenous but endemic. These cheeky birds do the same, and then “shout” at the other birds and bully them. Also our little bullies are not beautiful, they are pretty ugly for birds 🤣
