We used to have form panels lined up, top-to-bottom, and -- depending upon what you choose in Panel A -- Panel B would open up displaying different info.

Like, if you said you were a business customer, you'd see different fields, than if you were a private customer.

We did the logic with an activity diagram, with a different panel for each branch of a decision.
