ANOUNCEMENT:

I'm going to be taking the nostr.libertasprimordium.com relay offline.

It's not getting very much usage lately and it's mostly just collecting the forwards from mutinywallet, so I can't justify the server cost.

I'm probably going to spin up a paid relay in its place later, but I have a couple of other projects to finish first.
