today i'm skipping the cacao and salt altogether.

i very often wake in the morning with a dry mouth and last night i had some chamomile tea, and i had the characteristic taint of some kind of carbohydrates in my mouth by morning as well. and some signs that i'm drooling a bit, though i see no residues on my bed, it must be minimal.

i want to see how my whole system works after this, because not only do i wake up dehydrated and with funky things after i put something with carbs into my system, i also have poor vision first thing in the morning, which clears up within an hour.

cacao has carbs in it too, it even says on the pack, and anyone who knows how it's processed, knows that they are beans, and they of course contain starches of some sort, and the beans are fermented before they are roasted.

i have to point out that the cacao carbs were not making my mouth funny like regular carbs, they are definitely something different, something not too distant from lactose.

coffee is also treated in a similar way, as is tea. both of the seed type, coffee and cacao, contain sugars, thus their brown colour, from roasting turning those sugars into caramels.

i want to see what happens if i have nothing whatsover with acid- and gas- and neurotoxin- brewing bacteria feeding it for 24 hours.

you can call it a yoghurt fast if you like, but i actually intend to continue to eat this way until either it is proven unhealthy or i get clear data on how it works alone... like a proper scientist, controlling variables.

it's funny, because the last time i was this stringent on doing experiments with my diet i was in prison and through such a process i basically isolated the triggers of my allergic asthma, and it was fortunate that the only unavoidable allergen was suppressed by the only antihistamine i was allowed to have in prison, chlorpyramine.

it wasn't the best, but the asthma was debilitating.

i'm now starting to be convinced that my body doesn't want anything but milk, and i want to see what happens when everything that doesn't like milk, that is inside my body, has finally been snuffed out, what i feel like, and what i can do, and what happens during the process.

so far everything has been improvements.

Best way to say you’ve been in a prison I’ve ever heard. What for?

dark web dealing... bulgaria. none of it would have happened if i'd been more careful with my money and choice of products. i picked a drug that was only illegal in bulgaria and finland. i needed to liquidate it. word went out into the street and eventually they arranged a sting and i was nearly killed in the arrest.
