No, this means carbon taxes will be applied to all goods now subject to this CBAM nonsense (for now electricity, cement, steel, iron, fertilizers and aluminum) coming from all non EU countries.
But yes, since China is our second non EU commercial partner (right after US), basically this will also mean things are not getting any cheaper.
Since also steel and cement, used to build houses, will also increase in price, this will also mean that houses will be priced a lot more.
