My only criticism is that they dont accept lightning in order to but the "premium" service, fiat only ? Seems counter intuitive ?

I agree, I have a feeling they are trying to toe the line on what they do to avoid being labeled as an exchange for legal reasons. But yeah....

I actually emailed them to ask about it , I'll post their response when/if I recieve it.
