I like Nihongo no mori (日本語の森). The videos are all in Japanese, so it's good if you are already at least around N3 level. It's mainly focused on learners who want to pass the JLPT, though. For a mix of English and Japanese, Japanese Ammo with Misa might be good but haven't checked it recently.
