Channel acceptor likely borked. We’ll restart it overnight, so wait for tomorrow or alternatively you can buy a 0-conf channel if you generate an invoice and pay it

Your other option is to open a channel to someone else on the lightning network. You literally have a fully featured lightning node in your pocket now! You can open a channel to many, many different peers.
