If you cold DM me "Hello sir" or something like that, you can GFY, even if you aren't trying to scam me (unlikely). Very few Nostr users will get a useful DM response from me. Just the way it is. If you actually do want to discuss something with me, just send me the point right off the rip for a 1% chance of a response. Otherwise, you can address me publicly for a 10% chance. That's the best I can do.
