They can vote in municipal elections and not Knesset elections. They have not gone through citizenship process. Israel does not want its parliment to end up Shia or Sunni. Pretty common sense.

They have occupied them since 1967!! Not enough t time to go through the citizenship process I guess.😬. Not my problem re parliament . I thought we where fighting for democracy though🤷‍♂️
