How do you start your day?
Mine:
1. I had my dose of sunshine and fresh air walk which was a bliss.
2. Got one of my fav fruits
3. Had breakfast, full of protein, prebiotics and probiotics
4. And this big purple cup is my bundle of joy - chocolate drink!
How you start your day is going to set the tone of how productive you are and how your mood will be like. You start crappy and you'd be surprised how it affects you through the day!

Honest question; how are you able to handle anything well with fingernails like that? Seems more of a hindrance more than anything

I admit it takes some getting use to it.
After I left behind my coding days - I always enjoy having long nails. Now I changed career, I have this long nails. 🤣
But I cut them short when I need to type long form scripts. Hahaha
I often wonder that when I see Dolly Parton play guitar with her umm highly manicured long nails. I think of more intimate functions and wince, too.
You noticed that too? Lol
I am not sure how she's doing it. Most musician like Taylor Swift has a short nails for the same reason. 🤣
I think both are phenomenally talented. And both actually play guitar. It seems Dolly has adapted to her simple chords (as she was weaned on the Carter Family sound) from the hills and bottoms of her old family homestead, and she has made it work. I admire both women tremendously!

We are in food-handling so our fingers/hands had better be shorn of ornamentation or we get the unhygienics and bad errors of prep.
