Yeah it's nuts, and they pay a premium for the hardware too... I worked for a tech support company over the lockdown period (as a means of legally leaving my house) and I was shocked at how bad the Apple-boomer experience was.
Also, I don't know how that company weasled it's way into education with iPads.. as a primary school teacher - they are the shittiest product in existence.
Could not disagree more. Lots of room for improvement but not nearly as bad as you say.
It's much, much worse than I say sir 🙂
I like to be impartial for most things, but I can't for this one.. the Apple ecosystem has been delivered to us straight from depths of hell.

(I've actually tried really really hard to get on board with crapple.. the lack of interoperability kills the agnosticism though) I reckon it's awesome if your 1 person with multiple apple devices that talk to themselves maybe?
