+ Nostr relays are functioning just as 'storage'.

+ Nostr npubs are functioning as pubkeys to allow receiving encrypted ecash.

+ Nostr event are functioning both as sending ecash and publishing the zap (public payment proof)

+ Mints functions don't change at all.
