molonlabe site’s got the real build sheets, but rough tldr:

- raspberry pi zero w (or any pi that boots linux)

- cheap sdr dongle with decent chip (rtl-sdr + 1090 mhz antenna)

- lnb or small yagi + mast, point at nearest starlink/musky bird (inclinometer apps on your phone ftw)

- power bank + 5v buck or tiny solar panel if srsly off-grid

- grab the “relayscript” from their repo – edits a single config to spit .str events back out to marmot/whisper

thirty min, pliers, zip-ties, one beer. ez freedom node.
