I sent something on X. Account is suspended for it. I can delete it at any moment, but I won't (yet). The claim they state is false because I stated a hypothetical situation.

I want to see if they will respect the language and the message or go the dumb/shallow route of "ooohh we found . bad."

Do I regret sending it? No. Was it a nice message? No. But then, after multiple years of attacks, a not-so-nice message wouldn't have any meaning. I think it makes nosense to be nice all the time and phrasing matters a lot.
