Some water-related facts📜:

It's your body's main solvent; water allows for nutrients distribution and body waste disposal (i.e., it also cleanses and detoxifies your body).

It's possible to be dehydrated, but not feel thirsty. To avoid dehydration, it is recommended you drink eight to twelve 250 ml cups of water a day, though individual needs may vary based on factors like activity level and climate.

Like some other liquids we commonly consume 😉, water can dilute the electrolytes in your blood and, consequently, in other organs; replenish your body's electrolytes accordingly.
