I have a spot in the forest where I live where I do this 3 times a week. Sunning in the nude supercharges you.
IF infrared is the effective part, what makes a lot of sense to me since it optimises mitochondria, you can just sun your balls with your swimming wear on. Infrared goes through your clothes.
Only water seems to block infrared, so better before swimming
