Is NSFW content a problem in general hashtags? Probably so, but there are going to be WAY more doing the same as Nostr grows, so it would be best to have something in place for those who desire to filter it out sooner rather than later.
If my posts of what I consider to be tasteful and aesthetic NSFW content can be a catalyst for devs making it a priority, then I consider that a win.
