Been eating much healthier over the last year and have gotten to a point where I crave fruit instead of chips. Insane how much our bodies change all the time 🤯🧘‍♂️

I have zero desire to eat sugar or bread anymore. It’s crazy.

That’s amazing. I am very prone to low blood sugar so I throw in whatever fruit is in season as my daily snack. Protein focused diet though for sure.

It’s wild how much better you feel and how level your energy is throughout the day.
