which clients are going to build in bolt 12? coinos supports it and cln and eclair

Does there even need to be a nip for that… I don’t think so?
Probably not a new nip but a couple may need to be updated.
Our CLN & Eclair nodes would also probably need some software to send the zap confirmation event.
