I've never tried i3wm. I should. I didn't realize it was licensed with BSD licenses, which I like.

If I do try it, I'll check out your configs and scripts.

another fun thing about i3 is that the i3 configs are largely compatible with Sway.

i haven't tested Sway yet.. ..my current setup with X11 works so perfect that i'm not needing other features
