How bad is sunflower oil and rapeseed oil compared to canola?

Palm oil?

Kinda better. The palm plantation industrial complex is not so nice.

Less concerned about morality at this point and moreso about health. But i get it.

Rapeseed = Canola. Unrefined, it is used for industrial lubricants. You must bubble hydrogen through it for it to be "edible".

And it is GMO (Monsanto/Bayer), so lots of glyphosate. Sunflower is now a Bayer GMO product.

They are all terrible. Avoid at all costs.
