Yeah, ads are a pain. On desktop you can run ad blocker like Ublock Origin (not to be confused with plain "Ublock", annoyingly) or of course pay for premium lol

Same here. Tracking is the most annoying aspect. Although specifically for YouTube, I have an irrational aversion to ever paying
