Coingecko report shows the The Most Profitable Countries to Mine 1 BTC and The Most Unprofitable Countries to Mine 1 BTC. Lebanon’s household electricity rates allow individual miners to generate one Bitcoin for just $266.02, which is 783 times cheaper than the cost to mine a Bitcoin in Italy, priced at $208,560.33.

The only problem with Lebanon is the constant blackouts.

Work your way up the list then, irans only ~500 per btc, syria… the coingecko report states 20 different countries
