Thinking something like this:
3 eggs
2-1/2 cups #hodlbutter
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/8 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
Bake in a homemade pie crust...15 minutes at 425° and then reduce heat to 350° for another hour or so until the center stops jiggling.
Thoughts? Anyone want to try it?

Just reading this made my teeth all furry 🫣😁
Quit sugar for a decade, then eat some, and get back to me.
I don’t consume industrialized sugars, just natural but I get what you’re saying. Absolute shock to the system 😬
No sugar > "natural" sugar
being diabetic is something not everyone understands, carry on
A very good friend has LADA. Not fun.
Latent autoimmune diabetes in adults (LADA) is a slowly progressive form of diabetes that shares characteristics of both type 1 and type 2 diabetes. It typically occurs in adults and is caused by an autoimmune response that gradually destroys insulin-producing cells in the pancreas.
TLDR: the pancreas stops making insulin.
That doesnt sound good at all...
