former third world countries turn into first world

i live in a former third world country where almost nothing worked some time ago.

today almost everything works:

-everything is very clean, no litter, no garbage anywhere

- the garbage truck comes every day

- you do not see any homeless, no tents, no illegal invaders

- there is no violent crime, i can leave my luxury bike anywhere without losses(not possible in sweden or switzerland)

- everything is very efficient. shopping world class, posting stuff at dhl, extremely efficent, no waiting times

- all services work all the time: web, power, water- no disruptions

- in case you need a handyman, they will come within a few hours and work with modern tools extremely skilled and fast. you will pay next to nothing for their service

- cost of living is low

- you can use cash for buying any goods or services

- all people are very friendly. no one yells at other people, you will not see anyone behaving out of line

- even banks are efficient: transfers are instant and free

- you can use bitcoin for paying anything through multiple options, even by depositing and spending by card (very convenient)

compare that to your place which they call first world
