met an us army cavalry division old timer at airport bar. unfortunately he did not have any alpha on if there are aliens in wright patt.
he did mention mkultra and running psyops during the iraq war which was interesting.
fwiw, i think "aliens" is just a convenient way to hide classified tech. *we are* the aliens
