Did my second attempt for #onerepmax this week at my school’s gym. Here are my results since the beginning of this semester.
Bench ~ 205 lbs -> 230 lbs ~ 12.1% increase
Deadlift ~ 300 lbs -> 360 lbs ~ 20% increase
Squat ~ 300 lbs -> 325 lbs ~ 8.3% increase
