I think that any time there are ‘popular’ people, some people get jealous. I think it is natural that some people ‘rise up’ in certain areas, because some do have more talent, skill and/or charisma, determination, whatever it may be, that gets them noticed and listened to more than others.

Here it isn’t quite as evident as twttr, but still, anyone who’s been around a little while knows who the ‘influencers’ are, and that’s ok.. no one is forcing anyone to listen to or follow them.

And they generally got there by being really good at what they do, working hard and providing a lot of value for others, so it is deserved for the most part imo.
