Tomorrow I'm heading to the local youth centre to do a talk about #bitcoin and I'm totally setting them all up on #nostr to #zap sats to each other. All sats sent to me here today will be distributed amongst the young people I'm helping tomorrow (plus probably whatever I have left in my lightning wallet). 🙌 ⚡️

Great initiative, Melissa! I heard someone say here that zapping and #Nostr is not available for teenagers. Could that be true? Don’t think so but the kids of this guy seemed to have problems.
Yeah legally it's interesting territory. A bit like the banking system in that regard. But I'll explain what they need to know and how to self-custody and navigate the space as underagers. There's always a little loophole & it's only really problematic if they encounter issues using custodial services for the most part 😅
