More people will watch your video if it loads quickly. Media optimization for internet use is important. If something doesn't load quickly, people just move on.

That's an option, but the videos won't play directly in the feed. You can just compress the your videos, there software for all OS to do it. The centralized platforms do this all on server, Nostr doesn't have that capability right now.
