Third week of diet got hard. I'm trying to keep one meal a day and hold keto, preferably fatty meat.
I started to get cold and uncomfortable, also my back still hurts, so I'm trying to eat small meals during the day, but biggest problem is preparing dinner for kids🫠 So far I had yesterday and today mashed potatoes. Not much, but couldn't resist.
I'm thinking it's still fine, but the progress will get from now on way slower.
At least I had no alcohol or sweet whatever and no flour and don't crave these. But still, I'm bothered how things suddenly turned hard.
