I made a 2000-sat invoice in an external wallet and paid it from Yopaki. Maybe try a small payout? I’d be shocked if they didn’t have liquidity for 10k though.
I've tried that before without success. I've NEVER had a withdrawal work, so it's not anything recent to cause this.
