Prioritize daily solitude

Time with myself. No external inputs. No phone, no podcast, no music, no audiobook

Just myself and my thoughts

To me, solitude is the key to mental health and an essential ingredient for a good life

It’s also the cure for anxiety

As someone with a busy mind and plenty of background mental chatter everyday, solitude is a chance to acknowledge that chatter and allow it to dissipate

Whether it’s a meditation session, a slow walk in nature, a bike ride or just looking out into the sky, solitude is a way to refresh and care for my mind
