1) If you price homes in a fraudulent measuring stick ($cad), it creates the illusion of getting rich within the reality of getting poor
Priced in sats, homes have been collapsing in value for the past decade
This lesson will eventually be learned by boomers when they are forced to acquire bitcoin for millions per coin
2) Houses are not good money. As the world gradually (or perhaps suddenly) realizes this, the monetary premium on homes will migrate to better forms of money and homes will return to their utility value. This will be painful for those who overpaid for homes and for those who stored their retirement wealth in a bad form of money
