Nostr.build is the tool, but for me it’s incorporated on Damus ⚡️
But if you use other client you can go to nostr.build website and upload your video and then post the link 💪🏼
I have never gotten Nostr.build to upload and of my videos.
I have tried different formats but nothing has worked.
